As if trying to decide what to build next wasn’t enough, Automotive News reports that Bentley is exploring the possibility of offering a new saloon based on the Mulsanne that would be positioned above the already luxurious, $298,000 flagship. The derivative won’t share the Mulsanne name and it will be produced in very limited numbers, ranging from 50 to 100 units in total, as Rolf Frech, Bentley’s board member for engineering said.
Just how exclusive can Bentley get remains to be seen, considering that its bespoke division, Mulliner, already ensures Mulsanne customers can get any all their wishes fulfilled.
