Normally a car coming to a stop on the side of the road isn’t worth a second look but when said car is a Bugatti Veyron, and there’s video involved, it’s worthy of posting.
This clip comes to us by way of Almuraba and depicts a Veyron Grand Sport whose driver futilely attempts to start the car while it is blocking traffic on a busy London street. Fortunately some bystanders come to the aid of the driver and help push the car out of harm’s way.
The reason that one of the fastest cars on the planet was brought to a standstill appears to be a flat battery. We later see the driver pull out a set of jumper cables and together with his friend following in a Range Rover he sets up the cables for a jump start. The sad reality is that low battery charge is a common problem for supercars, which often sit idle and are only driven a few hundred miles a year.
