After an argument erupted, the CLK driver sped off, leaving a cloud of tire smoke surrounding the bicyclist. According to various sources, this video has lead to the arrest of the driver upon his return to home, the United Arab Emirates. The UAE claimed the 24-year-old’s representation of the country with such reckless actions would not be tolerated, and that this was not his first offense.
