Mount Panorama is well known for the Bathurst 12 Hour race that takes place every February at the Australian motorway. It is an exceptionally technical track which features a series of lengthy straights interrupted by a complex combination of descending corners. The circuit requires precise braking points as run-off is minimal.

Because of this, it’s a great feat for McLaren to have broken the track’s record during the qualifying stages for this year’s endurance.
